Danielle Harding – BA (Hons) Business Administration

Following the completion of her degree, Danielle initially worked within the HR sector at a large multinational company gathering a great deal of experience from new hires and TUPE to training, leavers and everything in between!  Having exhausted all elements of HR administration, she took on a more varied role within a family business as an HR Manager, PA and Office Manager.  It was here that Danielle gained a wider experience of business processes including the accounting function – something she was able to build upon from her gap year working within a school in the private sector as a bursary assistant and subsequent school secretary.

At Auricl, Danielle continues to look after the finance function from invoicing to credit control.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, menagerie of animals including two horses and the occasional glamping when the weather is playing ball!
